Denne Frequency Watch Hill Syrah er lavet af Zac Wasserman og hans assistent Joey Tensley.
Vinen kommer fra et køligt område i Los Alamos dalen i Californien.
- Kendetegnende for denne vin er aromaer af solbær, sort peber, lavendel samt grafit.
Fløjlsbløde tanniner, god syre og frugt gør denne vin komplet. Den vil udvikle sig yderligere over tid. - Vinen kan drikkes nu og frem til 2025

Robert Parker (92) “Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2015 Syrah Watch Hill is scented of blackberries, cassis and mocha with hints of licorice, salami, garrigue and cracked pepper. Full-bodied, rich and concentrated, the generous fruit is well-framed by velvety tannins and it delivers lingering savory and spice notes on the finish.”

It has a lifted, vibrant bouquet of black and blue fruits, violets, cracked pepper and incense to go with medium to full-bodied, sweet, sexy style on the palate. With fine tannin, good acidity and a clean, dry finish, it’s going to keep for 7-8 years.”
